The Plaza Hotel and Casino on Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas is generally regarded one of the best value hotels in town,
offering spacious accommodations in the heart of the "Old Las Vegas."

Guestrooms provide views of the city or pool, and include dressing areas with vanity sinks, and decors of blue carpets, green or blue fabrics,
slate-colored wallpaper, crown molding and light-colored furniture. The Plaza's five restaurants include the Center Stage Restaurant and
Lounge, which is not only famous for its prime rib, steaks, lobster and fish but also for serving frequently as a shooting location for
movies and television. Ask the servers to rattle off the lists of celebs who have dined there.
Visitors should note that the downtown area still offers the dining bargains that used to typify Las Vegas. The Plaza Hotel draws people seeking
gaming action and entertainment in traditional Las Vegas away from the crushing throng two miles away on The Strip.
