An icon from the days of the Rat Pack glory days of Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr. and Frank Sinatra, The Riviera Las Vegas sports an illustrious past synonymous with glitz and glamour, the quintessential Vegas experience in gaming and entertainment.

Boasting a flashy exterior, The Riviera is hard to miss when visitors pass through the north end of the Strip. The 120,000 square foot casino, one of Vegas' most popular, offers a wide variety of games, with some low minimum tables.
The Riviera trumps the competition in entertainment by offering four nightly stage shows, including "Splash" - one of the last of the extravagant variety shows complete with special effects, ice skaters, motorcycle daredevils, dancers, jugglers, acrobats, and dancers topped by spectacular headdresses.

Hungry guests can pick from several restaurants, including Kristofer's with its classic American beef and seafood; the casual ambience and Northern Italian cuisine of Ristorante Italiano; and traditional Cantonese cuisine at Rik' Shaw.

Vegas-style amenities include a pool, health spa, fitness center, tennis courts, tanning facilities, sauna, steam room, shopping arcade and wedding chapel. The 2,079 guestrooms provide soothing burgundy or turquoise color schemes, high-speed Internet access, safes, pay movies, multi-line phones and cable TV.

More than a dozen film and TV productions have been shot here, including Martin Scorcese's "Casino." Vegas visitors seeking luxury, opulence and a brand new property should mosey further on down the Strip. But if they want the most bang for their bucks and a taste of traditional Las Vegas fun, they can't go wrong by betting on the Riviera.
